Enrolment packs are available from the Secondary Campus office from Monday, 23 July between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm and will only be issued when the following documents are provided.

Touch Football and Football Academy applications due.Please complete the applicable academy application form. The academy coordinator will make contact in due course to advise of trial dates.

Term 4 December 4 Junior Secondary TRANSITION DAY

1. One document from Category A (must be in the enrolling parent’s name) AND2. Two documents from Category B (must be in the enrolling parent’s name)3. Student’s Birth Certificate – Please note: students must be enrolled under the name registered on the Birth Certificate4. A passport and current VISA must also be provided for students not born in Australia5. Proof of Citizenship if applicable6. Student’s most recent Report Card7. Student’s most recent NAPLAN test results8. Parent/Guardian Photo ID; such as Driver’s Licence or Passport

*If unable to provide a current document from Category A, a Statutory Declaration witnessed by a JP or Solicitor and stating the address provided is your primary and principal place of residence PLUS a minimum of 5 documents from Category B must be provided.
