Fire DoorsDoors are compliant with British Standards and the BWF Certifire Scheme. They provide a 30 minute FD30 fire rating only when hung in the appropriate frame with theappropriate ironmongery and with intumescent strip installed in either the frame head andjambs, or top and long edges of the door. Fire Doors

Flush Fire Doors are compliant with British Standards and theBWF Certifire Scheme. These Doors and the Door Blanks provide a 30 minute (FD30) or60 minute (FD60) fire rating only when hung in the appropriateframe with the appropriate ironmongery and with theappropriate intumescent strip installed in either the frame headand jambs, or top and long edges of the door.

Solid core construction with a faceveneer either side. Ideal where anon-standard flush door is required.Can be trimmed to size and glazingapertures added. Glazing aperturewill have size limitations if used asa fire door. • ‘Lite’ version about 20% lighter

A door’s aesthetic appeal can be greatly enhancedby choosing an alternative glazing option. Clear,obscure and even etched formats are available tosuit most of Champion’s doors.

Joinery ServicesA variety of tasks related to door installation canbe undertaken. These include rebating of doorsinto pairs and grooving fire doors to accommodateintumescent seals.

Door SetsMany JB Kind doors supplied by Champion can now be offered indoor set/kit format, pre-hung with ironmongery fitted within a frameto make installation on site even easier, for a perfect fit every time.

Clients can select from a variety of frame profiles to suit individual sit-uations. These can be in a matching timber finish to suit your door, or,if a contrast is required, they can be prepared to accept a paint finishof your choice.

A wide selection of ironmongery options are available to satisfy allpreferences and styles of décor.

As a finishing touch to complete your door set/kit, a variety of archi-trave styles can be supplied ready cut to size for easy on-site installa-tion.
