Increasing the number of Admiral Nurses from 2 to 6 with the NHS

A more proactive approach by GPs supported by social workers specialising in supporting older people.

A dedicated multi disciplinary safeguarding team

A new team specialising in monitoring residential care placements

An increased focus on community based support.
