Any firm operates under social, political, technical and cultural
environments which are always change
Manger must be change-agent He should first adapt and absorb the change
It is responsibility of the manager to ensure that the change is introduced
and incorporated in a smooth manner with least disturbance and resistance

political opposition
Large business groups are targets for public and political criticism
Criticism arise from political or personal reasons
To avoid these , keeping all the activities absolutely legal and fair
And manager must maintain low profile about his company
