8 Salary The Corporation shall pay to you a salary at the rate of £nnnnnn per annum, payable monthly in arrears by equal instalments and by direct credit transfer. The Members of the Corporation will, in their absolute discretion, review your salary annually, the first such review to take place in the Autumn term yyyy. You may also be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of your annual salary at the absolute discretion of the Members of the Corporation.
