• CCS projects:
• Between 1 and 3 projects (Pre/Post-combustion, Oxy-fuel, and industrial applications)
• Min size threshold: 250 MW
• Min capture efficiency: 85%
• All CO2 emissions sources (energy, steel, cement, …)
• Payment: Yearly basis during operation and as a function of the CO2 stored
• Financial penalty if 75% of projected CO2 stores is not achieved
