We love living in the Chaffers Dock. With wonderful up close harbour views, you are definitely part of the waterfront scene. We are within walking distance to many entertainment options - cafes, galleries, shops, theatres, stadium, buses, trains, pool, Sunday market, and many interesting walks. There is a strong effective body corp. and full-time building manager to take care of any problems, water plants, change light bulbs etc. The building is also 100% compliant with the latest earthquake standards. Storage is important to us and our apartment has plenty. On our north facing deck which is usable outdoor living year round, we grow lemons, cumquat, herbs and greens. A special place indeed.
