PROFESSIONAL SUCCESSES Held highest daily completion rate in different departments of production with different companies, which raised the standard from 90% completion to 98.5%. As supervisor held highest “Employee Attendance Rate”. Successful working with Union and Non-Unions shops this resulted in resolving labor and production disputes. Keeping a simple belief of keeping labor issues “very black and white” to reduce misunderstandings with interpretation of policy and issue.
