1 Access the contact list online : By selecting the link http://www.cgu.com.au/insurance/contactlist or navigating to the CGU Contact List from the For Advisors menu or page

Filter contacts using relevant filters : Use one or all filters in any order to find relevant contacts 2

3 Search contacts : By entering a key word in the search bar. To search within a subset of the contact list, apply the relevant filters before you search.

4 View contacts in list or tile view : By selecting the appropriate option on the top right corner of the list

5 Save Favorites: By selecting for the contact in list or tile view or within the contact card itself

View the full contact card : By selecting the ‘View more’ button 6

7 Download contact or share via email with others : the contact card will be downloaded as a vcard
