Their workshop will highlight specific strategies for DBHs to participate in cognitive evaluations and substance abuse screenings of older adults to reduce opioid misuse, addiction, and accidental overdose. THURSDAY AND FRIDAY

Phoenix Art Museum and Hotel Palomar are

located in the downtown Phoenix area.

Hotel Palomar is approximately 4 miles from

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Taxi, SuperShuttle,

Uber and Light Rail services are available to

transport you to the hotel. The hotel does not

provide a free shuttle.

If you plan to rent a vehicle, parking is available

at Hotel Palomar for $30 a night (with valet) or

$23 a night (self-park).

PARKING FOR LOCAL ATTENDEESA

Cityscape Parking Garage: $3.00 per hour; 2

hours free with validation from a Cityscape

retailer.

Public Parking: Look for the signs adver-

tising public parking. Garages are available

along 1st Street and Van Buren Street. Watch

times carefully as some garages close at 8 pm.

Phoenix Art Museum: Visitor parking is one

block north of the museum.

SATURDAY

If you are staying at a hotel in the area, we will

gather at 9:30 at Hotel Palomar. Rides will be

available if you do not have a car.

If you are coming from another part of Phoenix,

you can either meet us at Hotel Palomar or

drive directly to Head to Toe.

More details will be announced at the

conference on Friday, October 14.

A one-ride pass is $2.00, purchased from vending

machines located at each station. An all-day pass can be

purchased for $4.00.

From the Airport

Take the free PHX SkyTrain from any terminal to the 44th

Street PHX SkyTrain station.

From there, take the elevator/escalator down to the

platform of the 44th St/Washington Valley Metro Rail stop.

Board a westbound train taking you to downtown Phoenix.

Exit at Stop #10032: Washington/Central. Walk south, cross

Washington St, and enter the hotel off of the corner of
