Select the Folder for which you wish to run a report

Select REPORT GENERATOR

Select IDENTIFICATION to expand the list and show options

available for your report


Select IDENTIFICATION option/s required on

your report


Scroll down to select next FIELDSelect

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES


Select PHYSICAL PROPERTIES Options include:-•Boiling Point•Evaporation rate•Molecular weight•Physical state•Vapour Pressure


Scroll down to select next FIELD

Select next category required on your report


Select options under this heading asRequired for your report


Select •Output Language = ENGLISH•Output As = EXCEL•Ignore “Seperate fields by”

Select SUBMIT


Select Open


Enlarge to Full Screen


Your (Excel) Report.

Save to your local drive for use later


Exit this screen

EXIT

‘EXIT’ Takes you back one level of the search process,

this level is the list of materials in the chosen store

Exit from here will take you back to your List of

Folders (stores)



Select MATERIALS tab to return to start screen before you began this

task.
