2019 Holiday Market Schedule Welcome to Thanksgiving at Central Farm Markets. Each year we feature a selection of vendors and artisan food producers from our three markets. From appetizers to desserts, you can enjoy a farm market Thanksgiving this year.
Vendors are taking orders now for turkeys sides and desserts and we recommend ordering early. Throughout this catalog you will find food and handcrafted products that make great hostess gifts.

Springfield Farm
As one of our premier farms Springfield Farm is no ordinary place, and the Smith, Lafferty and Webb families are by no means traditional farmers. Three generations work and live on this beautiful, natural farm just north of Baltimore, Maryland and bring you their best for the holidays!

Pick up will be available at the Bethesda Sunday market on December 22 and December 29. Customers who are traveling can also pick up at their farm store in Sparks, MD on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
Fresh Whole beef tenderloin, standing beef rib roast, pork roasts, hams, turkey breasts, and of course, their regular items available every week. We love their loose sage pork sausage, which will be on sale for stuffing and casseroles.Try the duck breasts too! Unforgettable, that’s what they are! Don’t forget that they have plenty of their famous free range pastured eggs for baking, breakfast casseroles, etc.
MeatCraftersMeatCrafters rolls out its finest charcuterie for the holiday season. With over 13 varieties small batch cured salamis your guests will be wowed when you slice them up for your boards. Add the hand cured Duck Breast Prosciutto for extra delight.
For your Thanksgiving dinners MeatCrafters will be featuring four of its stuffing worthy sausages this year: Sweet Italian, Chorizo Picante Kielbasa, Turkey with Cranberry and the outrageously delicious Maple Sage and Sausage which pairs great with pancakes and eggs for breakfast.

Hog Haven FarmHog Haven Farm is a 22 acre farm in western Goochland, VA. The farm specializes in the Gloucestershire Old Spot (GOS) pig and is still their primary breed.
For Thanksgiving Hog Haven will have the following special:
$1/lb off on holiday smoked hams. Hams are typically (1.5lb to 3lb)
• The regular price is $12/lb.

Tangy TamarindSour and sweet describes this Chutney well. It is tangy and just sweet enough. A lovely addition to almost any dish- fries, pilafs or meats. It goes a long way, is an excellent condiment to a meal, so you can pull it out anytime you need and anytime you buy some samosas or pakoras!
