Testimonials
Yardi has been involved with CFAA-RHC for over 10 years. CFAA-RHC attracts the right people in Canada’s rental housing industry: decision makers with sizeable portfolios, who are looking for innovative and effective solutions to their operational issues.
With the enthusiastic participation of industry professionals, rental housing owners, rental housing managers and industry suppliers, CFAA-RHC has been a driving force in fostering innovative thinking, and setting new trends, in the residential real estate industry in Canada.
– Peter Altobelli, Vice President and General Manager, Yardi Canada Ltd.
IPOANS has been a long-standing participant and supporter of CFAA and its Rental Housing Conference.
CFAA-RHC 2020 is a great opportunity to connect with regional, national, and international players in the rental housing industry.
I highly recommend attending CFAA-RHC as a valuable part of your professional development, training or promotion program.
– Jeremy Jackson, President, Investment Property Owners Association of Nova Scotia
The CFAA National Conference is an impressive event well worth attending. This is one of the few events I see value in attending personally, as well as being valuable for my staff and worthy of recommendation to colleagues.
The CFAA team has set the bar high for delivering a conference filled with an all encompassing array of industry best practices, software and innovation, evolving technological developments, emerging legislative changes, financial and economic trends and operational/ HR challenges relevant to virtually every level within the rental multi-residential sector.
I can say without reservation that you will find this event professionally indispensable. Don’t miss it!
– Randy Daiter, VP Residential Properties, M&R Property Management

Who attends CFAA’s Rental Housing Conference?
Attendees are decision-makers. They include rental executives, owners and managers, apartment association leaders, government officials and industry suppliers who make decisions regarding rental investing, operations, property management, marketing, leasing, human resources and finance.
Many are CEOs and other leaders of large national and local landlord companies, as well as medium landlords primarily from the host city.
Attendance varies from 300 to 400, depending on the city it is held in.
CFAA-RHC is also the one and only opportunity to connect with the leaders of Canada’s apartment associations in one place.
