What is the CFA® Program?

3 levels• Level I – two sittings per year: June and December

• Levels II and III – one sitting per year: June

Total exam 6 hours – 3 hours morning and afternoon

4 years of qualifying work experience required to become Charterholder

CFA® Program Structure – Level I

Level I focuses on the knowledge acquisition of tools and concepts applying to investment valuation and management

Assumes a good understanding

of basic accounting and

financial mathematics

CFA® Program Structure – Level II

Level II focuses about 50% on the knowledge acquisition of tools and concepts and about 50% on application of those concepts.
