This invitation for quotations is subject to the terms and conditions appended below:

The tendering process for this purpose shall involve single bid system (Financial) asdetailed hereunder:

'1, Quotation received after clue date and time will not be accepted and Request forextension of due date will not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Bids should be submitted by bidders under their original memo I letter pad inter aliafurnishing details like TIN, VAT/CST number/GST where applicable, Account detailswith Bank address, etc. and complete postal and e-ntail addresses, Telephone No. &Fax No. of their office failing which the bid would not be considered.

3, All bidders must enclosed copy of Service Tax/GST registration certificate if applicableas per Government rules along with tender documents.

4. The bidder must have experiences of organizing such caterin!;! programmes in meetingsorganized by the Government (CentraIlState)/PSlIs during the last financial year (2017-'18). Copy of proofs (\Nork order/invoice/billing)

at his discretion, ask the bidder for clarification on his Bid. No clarification on theinitiative of the bidder will be entertained after opening of bid. Any bid with anycorrections in figures would be summarily rejected.

8. Rejection of Bids: Canvassing by the bidder in any form, unsolicited letter and post-tender correction may invoke summary rejection. Conditional tenders will be rejected.

9. Bidders must submit Quotation pertaining to themselves only.'10. The Director, MSME-DI, New Delhi reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders

without assigning any reason and also will not be responsible for postal delays.11. This tender notice is being issued with no financial commitment and Director, MSME·-DI,

New Delhi Reserves the riflht to change or vary any part thereof or forecloseprocurement of services at any stage. The Director, MSr.•.~E-DI, New Delhi also reservesthe right to disqualify any vendor, should it be necessary, at any stage on grounds ofunsatisfactory performance.

'12. The Director, MSME-Di, NO reserves the right to make minor changes in the work orderafter awarding the work to the successful bidder within expenditure c:.. specifications etc.

13. The contract shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Union of India andwill be under the jurisdiction of appropriate COLItisin Delhi

14. The supplier shall be entirely responsible for all taxes duties, license fees etc, incurredof the contracted ~loods & services to the purchaser. No tax or duty will be payable bythe purchaser. Prices are to be quoted inclusive of all such taxes/duties.

15. Payment INill be made on successful completion of the work and all payments shall bemade by RTGS/Cheque

16. The contract can be terminated by the Director, MSME-DI, New Delhi at any timewithout assigning any reason thereof, and will be at liberty to entrust the same to anyother firm at the risk and expense of the defaulting company. In this connection, thedecision of the Director, MSt\r1E-DI, New Delhi shall be final and binding upon theCompany/aqency.

17. The Agency shall not assign, sub-let or subject the whole or any part of the workscovered by the Service Agreement or any benefit thereof. This tender is nottransferable.

18. The Director, MSME-DI, New Delhi reserves the right to reject any quotation in whole orin pari without assigning any reason therefore.

19. Quotations that do not satisfy the terms and conditions are liable to rejected summarily.
