Holiday or other absence requestsare automa cally routed forapproval by the system based onthe op ons you select. For example,holiday requests could go to theline manager, while sickness no -ca ons go to HR in the relevanto ce or country. That way it’seasier to make sure absences aremanaged in the most appropriate way.

RESOURCE EFFECTIVELY

Before approving holiday requests,managers can check teamcalendars, and the calendars of

other employees too. That way theycan be sure they’ve got appropriatecoverage. Holiday requests canbe saved to Outlook or Googlecalendars, and the system will emailthe manager to remind them whenleave is about to start. Proac veplanning is easier too.
