This program will be submitted to the American Academy for Respiratory Care for up to 20 contact hours of continuing education for respiratory care practitioners. This three-day conference is organized to present a continuing education update in the areas of respiratory care, cardiology, endocrine systems, and ethics. It is designed for practicing physicians, respiratory care practitioners, nurses, and students with a special interest in critical care medicine. The early registration deadline is February 5, 2015. If your registration fee is not received in our office by that time, late registration fees apply. Late registration can be sent in before the conference date or payment will be required at the registration desk at the conference. Space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Letters confirming registration will not be issued. Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt. Cancellations made prior to the start of the conference are subject to a $25 processing fee. Participants failing to cancel prior to the start of the conference will not receive a refund.
