How can I access my records in the CETP Database?CETP Candidates
are identified by last name and the last four digits (only) of
their social security number. NPGA requires this information of all
Candidates taking exams for record identification purposes only to
ensure the exams they are taking can be linked to the correct
records in the database.

Only the last four digits of the SSN are stored in the
database.

How do I find my record in the database?There are two ways of
locating and updating your record. Be sure that your contact
information is correct and updated in the database before accessing
your records.
A link to the database is available on NPGA’s website at
www.npga.org (Or just go to: http://www.cetpcertification.org)
If you have taken paper-based CETP Certification exams and never
accessed the CETP database you can locate your record by using
combinations of your first initial, last name and the last four
digits of your SSN.
