• Fraudisusingidentifiers(suchasname,passwords,ID)ofotherpersonsasone’sownorsubmittingfalseinformation about oneself. Examples include such infractions as concealing ormisrepresenting one’sidentity,impersonatinganotherindividual,falsifyinginformationonsuchdocumentsasone’sresumeorinternshipapplications,misrepresentingoneselfasactingonbehalfofLearnKey,orusingtheLearnKeynameorlogowithoutpriorwrittenpermission.

• Plagiarismisdefinedasmisrepresentingworkthathasbeendonebyanotherasone’sowneffortswhethersuchmisrepresentationhasbeenaccomplishedwithorwithoutthepermissionoftheotherindividual.

• Cheating is theuseof prohibited assistance (whether in thenatureof apersonor a resource) in theperformanceofassignmentsandexaminations,andcopyingofanotherstudent’sworkorthegivingorreceivingofinformationoranswers,whetherverballyorinwriting.

• Blacklisted test preparation programs are certain test preparation programs where the providingcompanysuppliestheexactanswersforacertificationexam,andthesearestrictlyforbiddentobeusedinanycombinationwithLearnKeycoursesorprograms.LearnKeydoesnotprovidealistoftheseprovidersduetothefactthatkeepingacompletelistwhichisup-to-datewouldbeimpracticalifnotimpossible.Itisthestudent’sresponsibilitytoinvestigateandunderstandwhichnon-LearnKeyprogramsareblacklistedby the indicated certification authority.
