PROFILE

ENERGO is an engineering, technical consulting and management company which consists of engineers, reg-istered in the Professional associations, with experience in all areas of mechanical (civil, industrial, marine, with particular preference to the HVAC sector) electrical and the Energy Efficiency design engineering.

We offer a design that approaches the classical engineering issues from a new point of view, where the tradition of the best thermodynamic en-gineering meets the current needs in terms of efficiency and energy cost savings offering the most innovative solutions.

Since 2008 in Europe we perform the process of LEED certification, Ener-gy Modeling and Commissioning Authority as well as training in the field of LEED in the role of USGBC Educational Provider and GBCI Educational Provider. Since 2012 we have the only Italian LEED AP recognized as US-GBC Faculty.

MODELING

For over 7 years we do energy simulations with ad-vanced modeling software recognized by ASHRAE and eligible to Energy Modeling for LEED Certification.

Our knowledge acquired “in the field” in the energy modeling of buildings and their facilities supported by over 15 years of experience in advanced designing of HVAC systems, puts us in a privileged position to be able to respond adequately to any engineering problem relat-ing to the LEED Certification.

Our Energy Modeling service includes:

- Lighting and Day lighting simulation- Dynamic Thermal Simulation- Solar Simulation- Air Flow Simulation

All energy modelings are carried out directly by our engineers.

COMMISSIONING

EEnergo staff has several years of practical experi-ence as a Commissioning Authority (CxA) which is able to meet even the requirements for the LEED credit En-hanced Commisioning.

ENERGO approaches the initial start-up and testing ac-tivities effectively, intervening in all phases of construc-tion of systems from design to the actual delivery date.

Thanks to our experience, we are able to offer you assistance at any time. Our start-up procedures start from the design stage and continue with tests and inspections during the construction phases, proceeding with the monitoring of the behavior of the installations in the first year of op-eration.

The combination of surveys carried out in the field and the analysis of the design data, allows us to proactively identify problems of functionality and calibration.

Since 2012 we are the only ones in Italy and one of the few in Europe that has a USGBC Faculty authorized for training courses of the official USGBC, creator of LEED, we are also USGBC Authorized Education Delivery Partner.

Since 2011 ENERGO is an Education Provider authorized by the GBCI, with approved courses for the credential maintenance for LEED AP according to the GBCI CMP.We organize introductory courses regarding certification, preparation and training for LEED GA and LEED AP.

We develop corporate training seminars or training for professionals (ar-chitects, engineers or commercial).
