These pre-assessed profiles are then made available to companies for engaging and communicating about their brand or hiring more efficiently andquickly.

Project StepsThe topic that students have to write on ‘Why i built my tested profile at Youth4work, and why should you do that too.’ It should be 400 words minimum - Unique content - the content should obviously make sense and have very basic quality level at the very least. -Students have to put this content in a blog (any blogging site) , preferable with a relevant image - Every student's blog should have a hyperlink to their ownprofile at Youth4work ( example – Mentor's profile )After this work, mentor will pick up good people and give them a fixed stipend based on a minimum quantity of content writing work each month.
