thereof, being Electors duly and legally appointed by and for the STATE OF NEW

JERSEY, as appears by the annexed CERTIFICATION OF ASCERTAINMENT OF

APPOINTMENT delivered to us under the direction of the Executive of this State,

and by the record of the Electors hereto annexed, having met and convened in the

City of Trenton, in the State House, in pursuance of the direction of the

Legislature of the State of New Jersey, on the fourteenth day of December, Two

Thousand and Twenty, the day appointed by Congress for that purpose,

DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the Electors having constituted an Electoral

College at the hour of three o'clock in the afternoon of that day, according to law,

and after choosing a President and Secretary from our own body as required by

law, proceeded to perform the duties required ofus by the Constitution and laws

of the United States.

AND WE DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that being so assembled and

duly organized, we proceeded to vote by ballot, and balloted first for PRESIDENT

OF THE UNITED STATES, AND THEN FOR VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED "' STATES, by distinct ballots, naming in the ballots the person voted for as

President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice President.

WE FURTHER CERTIFY, that the following are two distinct lists of all

persons voted for as President and of all persons voted for as Vice President, and

of the number of votes for each.

THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY,

DO HEREBY CERTIFY that a vacancy having been created by the

withdrawal of Lynne Hurwitz as an elector of President and Vice President from

the State of New Jersey, and that pursuant to N.J.S .A. 19:36-2, a majority of the

electors present at the meeting of the electors held on December 14, 2020, at 3

p .m., did choose Michele Dilorgi as elector of President and Vice President from

the State of New Jersey to fill the created vacancy.
