While our outage management
performance is strong in
comparison to our industry peers, STORMS remain
challenging

SATURDAY NIGHT’S SYSTEM:
• Had moderate rain fall
• Came in 2 waves (12:30 am & 1:30 pm)
• HOWEVER, it also had close to 3K1 lighting strikes
This causes clear pockets of customer concerns
