How many members do you intend to recruit at this event? Promote on social/ email/text/etc. "The Rule of 2" Encourage current members to bring a friend. Distribute new member registration link at event. Encourage members to immediately register. Focus on the sense of community. Establish social channels: Launch Instagram Account (ceo.xyz university). Launch Facebook Account. 1+ post/week | 10 + followers. Repost to personal accounts. #LaunchCEO Establish community and begin CEO! Distribute "happening calendars" to members that provide a schedule for the events for each semester. Continue to host regular recruitment exercises & meet new members at the entrance of the meeting. Maintain regular communication with CEO HQ and complete per-semester impact surveys. Continue to share the message of CEO's mission and your on-campus vision. Set recruitment goals. Brand exposure/ lead generation: Table at high traffic areas. Speak at relevant classes. Can and should go beyond business classes! Work with Campus Public Information office to create social campaigns. Chalk and flyer across campus. Encourage all members to spread the word about CEO. Have physical things to handout with appropriate info (flyers, business cards, etc. with club info and/or contacts) across social circles.
