A. DAVID JIMENEZ

David is an accomplished healthcare executive with a proven track record in clinical transformation, quality, service excellence, financial performance, mission effectiveness and enhancing the common good. Named by Modern Healthcare among the Top 25 Minority Healthcare Executives and the 100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare, David has held a number of prominent healthcare positions including Chief Operating Officer for Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP), now known as Mercy Health which operates 23 hospitals across Ohio and Kentucky, where he was responsible for total system operations. In 2007, he was elected a Regent-at-Large for District 3 of The American College of Healthcare Executives. As Chief Operating Officer of a multi-state healthcare system, David has leveraged his hospital CEO experience to transform quality, finance and operations through extensive work with system governance structures.

JEFFREY A. LEIMGRUBER

Jeffrey has over 35 years of senior leadership in freestanding community teaching hospitals, multi-hospital integrated systems and post-acute service networks. Jeffrey has demonstrated consistent success in leading organizational, financial, operational and cultural turnarounds, major capital/facility expansion programs, and strong medical staff and community partnerships. During his 17 year tenure with the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, he firmly established himself as a “go to” leader for high-value and high-visibility, mission critical assignments. After stabilizing a significant ambulatory services organization, Jeffrey led two 500-bed teaching hospitals as their CEO to develop high quality cost-effective cultures.

THOMAS STRAUSS

Thomas is a strategically minded and financially focused proven health care leader with early career experience delivering high growth and profits from entrepreneurial ventures including startups, joint ventures and partnerships, turnarounds, mergers, integrations, and divestments. Thomas was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Summa Health System, which consists of 7 hospitals in Northeast Ohio, 2,000 licensed beds, a health plan, a multispeciality physician group and an Accountable Care Organization. During his leadership, Summa generated $2.68 billion in economic benefit in the community and sustained more than 10,000 employees. He led the visioning, execution, and evolution of the health system’s transformation into a high-performing population health management organization. Thomas is passionate about building and sustaining a culture that aligns everyone’s focus on patient care delivery and satisfaction.

FRANK L. LORDEMAN

Frank has over 35 years of senior executive healthcare experience and has led or participated in over $6 billion in healthcare organizational mergers, collaborations, or affiliations. Most recently Frank has been working with the WellStar Health System, which consists of 5 hospitals, in its strategic expansion in the Atlanta, Georgia market. Frank has served as the CEO of several collaborations as well as the Chief Operating Officer of the Cleveland Clinic during its expansion period and has dedicated his career to helping non-profit healthcare organizations in seeking strategic affiliations which strengthen their financial and market positions. Frank is an expert in transforming healthcare organizations to achieve high quality cost effective stretch goals.

ALAN R. YORDY

Alan is a senior healthcare executive with a consistent and extensive history of positive business outcomes in turnarounds, start-ups and merger and acquisition environments. Alan served in multiple executive leadership roles with PeaceHealth, a 10 hospital health system located in the Western United States. An accomplished healthcare executive, he has significantly influenced healthcare policy initiatives and programs serving on numerous regional and national boards of directors for major insurance and provider organizations. Alan has leveraged his change management skills to build a significant employed medical group, develop a health plan and aggressively grow PeaceHealth.

DENNIS VONDERFECHT

Dennis has an impressive track record for leading organizational transformation and performance excellence. While President and Chief Executive Officer of Mountain States Health Alliance (MSHA), a 14-hospital healthcare system in Northeast Tennessee, he transformed the organization from a single, independent acute-care hospital to a multi-facility, vertically and horizontally integrated healthcare system. Throughout his career, he has achieved the highest level of honors for his management oversight, operational performance and vision. Dennis’ experiences includes multiple mergers and acquisitions resulting from a rigorous strategic planning process, role-model governance processes and performance excellence. Under his leadership, MSHA was recognized as a recipient of the National Quality Forum’s National Quality Healthcare Award, the only three time consecutive recipient of the Excellence Award for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence and two time finalist for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
