What is Savvis’ Solution Development Workshop (SDW)
Solution Development workshop (SDW’s) follow the ADIM standard (Assess/Design/Implement/Manage) and are typically 1-3 day assessments performed jointly with our client focused primarily on the key business, organization and technology drivers.
Savvis has developed an innovative and collaborative methodology for assessing a client’s IT transformation requirements and aligning these requirements to the client’s business objectives. Our approach, the Solution Development Workshop (or SDW), has helped dozens of companies save millions of dollars in IT spend while increasing operational efficiencies.
