Sub:- Update related to COVID-19
The Health, Safety and well — being of our employees is on the top priority to the Company. The
Company is taking all recommended precautions and preventive measures to ensure health and
safety of its employees and to contain the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19).
With a view to comply with various regulatory advisories on COVID-19 issued by Central /State
/ Local Authorities, the Company has presently suspended its manufacturing operations and the
same would continue till such regulatory advisories prevail. The Company will resume its
Operations as soon as the situation improves and permits. The Company has also implemented
Work from Home Policy for its offices.
Further, the Company is closely monitoring the situation and complying with all regulatory
advisories being issued by the authorities on COVID-19 from time to time.
This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
