Integración Juvenil” (center for
youth integration, addictions).
Libraries and construction of

Making Alliances CART
In alliance with the Government of Baja California,
in 2011, the latter donated a Lot to the Tijuana
Rotary Club, with an approximate area of 820 m2
(approx. 8200 square feet), for the construction of
our “Centro de Atención Rotario Tijuana” (CART).
Our Mission CART
CART has been created as a Rotary Center to
assist the lowest income population of Tijuana,
with special attention to children, youth and
women, integrating and promoting their education
and health prevention, and offering them the tools
and support that will help them encounter their
future in a solid manner, and achieve a better
quality of life.
Also, perform in our installations different activities
to benefit our community and strengthen Rotarism
in the region.
Our Vision CART
CART will be an open space to assist children,
youth and women, with the right support and
tools, and professionally train them so they can
incorporate themselves to the working field and
get out of poverty. Working to all our capacity, in
health prevention and education, in favor of the
most vulnerable community in our city.
