Centre for Sensors and Process control (CENSE) at

Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS) was

established to promote education and to conduct focused

research on Advanced Sensors, Smart Sensor Systems,

Embedded System Design, Internet Of Things and Intelligent

Process Control.

OBJECTIVES

• To design and develop theoretical foundations as well as

implementation schemes in smart sensors.

• To carryout advanced interdisciplinary research and to take

up funded research projects.

• To explore inter-University opportunities for mutual benefit.

• To conduct workshops and training programs to disseminate

knowledge in interdisciplinary areas.

To develop a Pressure Controlled Adaptive Suction Chamber System (PACS) based wall climbing robot.

To develop intelligent control system to adapt different surface irregularities.

noisy region

4. Design, Development and characterization of electrostatic sensor for debris monitoring
