Project Background

The building plan approval process relates to the issue of permission for the construction of buildings based on specific set of rules and regulations.
Initially…Most of the building plan applications and drawing plans were submitted manually in paper format. All
the processes related to scrutiny, approval and rejection were carried out manually.

UADD after the completion of Project.

• Minimum IT infrastructure and capital investment for delivery of Projects
• Majority of Project risks lies with Private Partner who has expertise on project management and domain.
• Creation of added value through synergies between public authorities and private companies through the integration and cross transfer of public and vendor skills, knowledge and expertise
• Project managed by high skill resource with greater helpdesk facility.
• Payments to the vendor is linked to how they perform, creating incentives and efficiency
