CROSS COUNTRY- Attention all students interested in running on the Central Cross
Country team for the 2016-2017 Season:
There will be a Cross Country call out meeting on May 18th at 5:30 pm in the Commons
area for all interested runners. Both new and returning runners are encouraged to attend.
We will discuss both summer conditioning and the upcoming season. Summer
Conditioning will begin on Tuesday May 31st from 5:30 6:30 pm. We will meet at the
flagpole outside main office at Central. If you are unable to attend either the call out
meeting or summer conditioning, please contact Coach Smith or Coach Taylor.

morning, till the end of the year, all students are welcome to walk on the track or play on the football field @ the 7:25 bell. Pedometers will be available for those wanting to keep track of steps. Sport equipment must be provided by students. See everyone next Tuesday.
