Sedimentation Basin Design• Designed to prevent sediment from ending up in citizens’

yards after rainstorms• Will catch sediment at the root of the problem with bio

filters• 15” pipe will carry the sediment filled water from the bio

filters to the basin• Basin will be 6’ wide and 12’ long• Clean water will be piped into existing storm drains

Stormwater Sump Design• Designed to drain streets of water runoff from curb

and gutter• Curb face inlets catch water discharge from streets

and remove sediment• Filtered water is sent through a series of gravity flow

pipes, 15” diameter, to a centrally located manhole. • As the manhole fills, it releases the water into a sump

designed to allow stormwater to percolate into the ground
