(Effective beginning with the 2019-2020 school year)● Each district shall have a comprehensive school counseling program for all

students grades K-12

✓ Each school district shall ensure all students in grades K-12 have access to a certified school counselor

✓ In grades K-5 the program will be designed by a certified school counselor in coordination with teaching staff and appropriate pupil personnel services
