BACK/NECK PAIN-CURE WITHOUT SURGERY

Undoubtedly the most common pain syndrome, back pain is still poorly understood and the most neglected condition. We strive to make an accurate diagnosis of the condition and treat the underlying cause of back pain for sustained relief along with symptomatic treatment in the form of painkillers and rest. The focus is on identifying “Pain Generators” and busting them by nonsurgical interventions wherever possible.

ENDOSCOPIC DISC SURGERY

Available at very few centers across Delhi-NCR we offer single stitch endoscopic disc surgery. The patient is awake during the procedure and can be discharged on the same day/next day. It is a safe and economical alternative to treat prolapsed/slip disc with high success rates.

MINIMALLY INVASIVE PROCEEDURES

Injecting cement into the vertebra (kyphoplasty) to increase the strength and restore height of fractures can be done safely with the patient awake. The patient is discharged on the same/ next day and is allowed all activities including driving by 3 days.

SPINAL DEFORMITY CORRECTION

Some children have a spine which is curved abnormally either at birth or during growth. Similarly some adults also develop an abnormal curve of the spine due to injury/infection/degeneration. We offer surgery to correct these spinal deformities and restore normal spinal alignment.

INFECTIONS/TUMORS OF SPINE

One of the most difficult conditions to treat, these diseases mostly need a biopsy before the surgery can be planned. We offer CT/Flouro guided Percutaneous Biopsy followed by complete treatment options including major spinal reconstruction surgery with excellent results.

SPINAL INJECTIONS

Nerve root blocks are widely used to identify the source of pain and plan “Targeted Spine Intervention/Surgery”. Sometimes they help us in avoiding surgery altogether. We offer all kinds of spinal injection procedures including radio ablation and electrocoagulation procedures.
