Fantastic Sams is Giving Back to the Community! A Center for Active Adults Fundraiser
It’s simple! If you are planning on going to either SOUTH LYON Fantastic Sams locations for a service or product purchase cut out this donation dollar and give it to them when checking out. For every “dollar” received Fantastic
Sams will write a check to the center for the amount of donation dollars received at the end of the month. If you use this dollar and need another before the next newsletter comes out, stop in to the center,
we have more donation dollars available for you.
THANK YOU!!!! Thank you to all who participated in our LET’S MAKE A DEAL-BLIND AUCTION!
It was a GREAT success thanks to the generosity of area businesses and your participation.
Please patronize these and all the businesses that support our Center so we can continue to support YOU!

that something happens to you while at the

emergency card. We are requesting the name
and phone number of a person you would want
us to contact in the event you are injured.
