Cement Lab

Nabors offers full scale cement blend testing capabilities. Each lab utilizes atmospheric and HPHT consistometers, ultra-sonic cement analyzers, static filter press and stirred fluid loss units, and other supporting equipment to report slurry composition, fluid loss, thickening time, compressive strength, rheologies, and free water properties. Each lab can also provide in-depth water analysis to determine the suitability for cementing operations including pH, chloride, ammonia/nitrogen, and nitrate levels.
