FUN FAIR GAMES

KLE Society’s Swashakti Women Empowerment cell had organized a fun-fair games as a part of

recreation and distressing activity to all the teaching anon-teaching faculty of the institution.

Our institution had actively participated in the event. A bus was arranged for all the staff from the

college campus at 2.30pm. The Games started by 3pm. There were various group events and single

gameslike Tug-of –war, Ringing the bull, Blind Bindi sticking, treasure hunt, straws in head, city

choice and so on.

Dr.VeenaK.H got prize in maximum straw in head, Mrs.Sushma won in circuit completing game.

Everyone participated in these events and had great fun.This event was co-ordinated by Women cell

Co-ordinator Dr.UsharaniS.Sanu.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CELL

PROTEST RALLY

01-03-17

KLE Society’s Swashakti Women Empowerment cell had organized a silent protest rally

on march 1st 2017 in order to demand immediate justice in the recent gang rape of a young girl at

Kakti case and several others.

To support the rally for the social cause the institute had participated through women cell of

the institution. The students of 2015 batch, teaching and non- teaching staff had participated in this

rally. A bus was arranged from college campus at 3.30pm from college campus to Lingaraj college

campus. Rally commenced at 4.15pm and walked to DC compound .A memorandum was

submitted by Smt. Asha Kore Madam to DC. Dr.UsharaniS.Sanu, Women Cell incharge co-

ordinated the event.
