Brayden Miller: She plays with me. We play tractors. Mom takes me to tractor pulls.

Blake Murphy: My mom loves me. Mommy gives me food, food is healthy for you.

Hunter Offerman: I love my mommy because she buys me toys, cars, and clothes. She kisses me goodnight.

Elizabeth Rodgers: I kiss her and she kisses me back. I like to play Candyland with my mom.

Halle Striegle: She always gives me hugs. She kisses me goodnight. She tells me, “Have a good day at school.”

Tyler Wiseman: I love her. Mommy cleans the attic. Mommy plays with me.

Here is a fun activity to do with your child at home called Mommy Collage. Talk with your child about all the fun things you enjoy doing together. Look through magazines to find pictures of some of those things. Cut out the pictures and glue them to a sheet of paper to make a collage. Hang the collage where you can see it to remind each other of the fun you have together.

Mrs. Allison and Mrs. LeinenMay is a busy month for the preschoolers in

Mrs. Allison and Mrs. Leinen’s room. We will be talking about seeds, plants, flowers, butterflies, summer safety, and Mother’s Day. Moms and dads are special people. We asked the three and four:year:old preschoolers to tell us why they love their moms. Here are their responses:

Anna Gorsh: She goes to the store and buys me strawberries. They are healthy. I love mommy’s hugs and kisses.

Shawn Icenbice: She lets me play outside and pet the dogs. Mom gives me kisses.

Summer Meyers: She loves me. She gives me hugs. I love my daddy and mommy.
