Our Exultation Ringers “wowed” the audience at Monmouth University’s Winter Concert on December 6 th with renditions of Angels We Have Heard on High, A Celtic Silent Night, and We Need a Little Christmas. We always love audience members coming up after the concert to see and try the hand bells! Our sanctuary was filled with “The Sounds of Christmas” on Sunday, December 9 th to a packed house. The music of Celebration Ringers, Jubilation! and Alleluia Jazz put everyone in the Christmas spirit. We even had a sing- along with the audience of familiar Christmas carols! Our teenage ensembles – Celebration Ringers and Jubilation! - rang and sang to a delighted crowd at the Surrey Downs Christmas Party in Freehold on Tuesday, December 11 th . Many of the residents had never seen or heard handbells, so they were spellbound as Celebration Ringers rang. We all donned Santa hats, Christmas sunglasses or reindeer antlers for the final number – “Run, Run Rudolph!” Morning Bells gave concerts at Mattison Crossing and Applewood Estates in Freehold, complete with Christmas carol sing-alongs with the audiences!
