The Colour scheme will update as more Resources are selected :
Colour scheme options are Department, Event category, Campus and Module (displayed above) Note that the best option will depend on the selected Resources; in the example above, the Department and Campus are the same for all selected Resources so all events would display in the same colour Event Category would also be a useful option in this example :
As before, click on an Event Category to filter the display then select Clear Filter to display all events

Event Filter Note : you need to have at least one Resource selected before using the Event Filter When you are using the Event Filter : Event Category is prefixed by Module so enter mo as your search text then select from the list Departments are prefixed by a campus code : AY – Ayr DF – Dumfries LK – Lanarkshire PA – Paisley Campus is simply the name of the campus Module is an alphabetical list of module titles You can enter multiple filters but that won’t always be necessary – for example, since Departments have a 2-digit campus prefix, you wouldn’t normally need to select the Campus as well

Log In When you log in to the CELCAT Calendar, your own timetable is displayed by default You can select a Resource from the Type drop down list
This module runs at Paisley and Lanarkshire – it would be useful to use the Campus colour scheme in this example
Modules are filtered by module title – Exploring Finance in this example
Staff are filtered by name – first name then last name
This timetable is displayed in list view – note the coloured dots beside each event; the colour scheme is still used in this view
