To provide a consistent technical and policy framework for reporting and monitoring performance and other
indicators of the road network in Europe as a part of an integrated transport system for use by CEDR, its members and the
European Commission.

SG Road Data Terms of Reference
To review the needs for information to support performance monitoring to benefit CEDR, its members and the European Commission
To develop and promote a consistent technical and policy framework for reporting and performance monitoring of the road network in Europe
To highlight common problems, referred by CEDR or other sources, identify appropriate solutions and consider current or future issue areas relating to information management of the road network in Europe
To review and promote understanding and the adoption of best practice in information management and use to support better decision making
