Greetings!
We would like to ask permission from your good office to allow
our students taking up the subjectTM 103 Tour Packaging and
Operation to have an experiential learning trip around the proposed
itinerary
attached to this Letter. The objective of this tour is for the
students to apply their learnings inside theclassroom through a
hands-on application of tour guiding, tour operating procedures
such as reservation,costing of confidential tariffs and the
different processes in operating a tour package.
We would also like to request for your approval as we ask for
any amount of financial aid
from the office ofThe An Waray Party List group. Attached to
this is our letter of request addressed toHonorable Neil Benedict
Montejo. Through this, we could lessen the students expenses in the
tour asthey will be providing their own snack and fare for the
tour.The proposed schedule of the said tour would
be on the 6th up to 8th of May, 2013 this will be a 2 days and 1
night tour.

We, students from Leyte Normal University taking up the subject
TM 103 Tour Packaging
and Operation woul like to ask a support from your good office
for the transportation of ourexperiential learning trip around the
proposed itinerary attached to this letter . The objective
of this tour is for the students to apply their learnings inside
the classroom through a hands-on
application of tour guiding, tour operating procedures such as

required to make an out put in regards with the Flow of the tour
