ABOUT FACEAT & P

FACEAT&P is an organisation, which networks the practising civil engineers throughout Tamilnadu and Puducherry. It aims the welfare of civil engineers in their business. At Present, There are 90 Associations and it networks throughout Tamilnadu, with 9000+ civil engineers in its fold. FACEAT &P has brought changes in technical and social lifestyle of civil engineers in tamilnadu and puducherry.

ABOUT CEAK

Civil engineers Association of Kanyakumari district has 57 eminent civil engineers networked together. The aim is to improve the technical knowledge and livelihood promotion among members. CEAK has taken initiative to conduct this technical and leadership seminar with Region-X.

THIRUVALLUVAR STATUE

Dedicated to the accomplished philosopher and poet Thiruvalluvar, this beautiful statue stands atop of a small island rock in the Kanyakumari sea. The work for the statue started in the year 1990 and completed in 1999. This monument stands tall at amighty height of 133 feet which represents the 133 chapters of virtue in Thirukkural. Full of symbolism and cultural significance, this destination is awe-inspiring and a must visit. Sri. V.Ganapati Sthapati sculpted the statue and it was unveiled on 1st January 2000.

THIRPARAPPU FALLS

Located at a distance of about 55 kilometres from Kanyakumari, the cascading waters of theThirparappu Falls make up for an enchanting sight. This waterfall is a manmade one and falls from a height of 50 feet. The water collects in a quaint pool below which is an ideal place to frolick around, especially for children. The falls are surrounded by thick green foliage and indigenous fauna, which make it a nature lover’s paradise.

MATHUR AQUEDUCT

Also known as the Mathur Hanging Trough, the Mathur Aqueduct is amongst the longest and tallest trough bridges that can be found all across the continent. This trough bridge gets its name from Mathur which is a small village located near the aqueduct.

SEMINAR

I Three days seminar will be held on December 3, 4 and 5th of 2019 @ HOTEL SINGAAR INTERNATIONAL, 5/22, Main road, Kanyakumari, Tamilnadu - 629702. The objective of the training is to impart residential Training to FACEAT & P by well experienced faculties covering the following.

FACEATECH 2019 is planned as a Residential Seminar in Kanyakumari, which is ideal place for the training. Total estimated participants is 300 representing all associations of FACEAT & P.

Separate Vegetarian and non-Vegetarian Food has been arranged with Fellowship in the night. On the second day an environmental and Technical tour is arranged, so that the engineers will be aware of the technology and environmental situation in kanyakumari District.
