Instructions for Filling the Application Form Under Regulations 43/ 32

/30 of Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and

Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010

2. Application Format Form-A is applicable for all the electrical installationsincluding DG sets and Form-B is for all Overhead Transmission Lines forinspection under Regulation 43 and Regulation 32

3. Application Format Form-C is applicable for periodical inspection of all theelectrical installations under Regulation 30.

4. Ensure that all the columns of the Application Form are filled.5. Application for inspection of Installations shall be submitted at least one month in

advance of expected date of completion of works to the concerned RIO.

6. One copy of the Application form for inspection of installations up to 132 kVwith list of equipments to be inspected only (without other enclosures) and theinstallations above 132 kV with enclosures shall be submitted to the Chief

Engineer (EI) & Chief Electrical Inspector to the Govt. of India, Central

(ii) Installations above 250V and upto 650 - within 4 Years
