� Cuestionarios de las Familias (CF) recolectados por el Candidato

Paso 6Después de la Visita de Verificación

y del Examen CDA

Paso 5Dentro del periodo de seis meses de la aprobación del Concilio de la solicitud

completada

Paso 4Solicitud

� El Candidato debe identificar a un Especialista CDA en Desarrollo Profesional que cumpla con el ambiente e idioma de la solicitud

� El Candidato envía al Concilio: - La solicitud

- La tarifa

� El Candidato recibe la confirmación de que la solicitud está completa y que la tarifa ha sido procesada

� Visita de Verificación llevada a cabo por el Especialista CDA en Desarrollo Profesional (elegido por el Candidato): - Revisión del Portafolio Profesional,

Cuestionarios de Familias, Registro de Notas/Certificados

- Observación en la clase - Diálogo Reflexivo

� El Candidato toma el Examen CDA en un centro de exámenes local de Pearson Vue

� El Especialista en Desarrollo Profesional envía la calificación de la Visita de Verificación al Concilio en línea

� PearsonVue envía la calificación del

examen al Concilio en línea

� El Concilio otorga o deniega la Credencial
