As a resident of Chaffee County for the last 10 years, I have lived in Salida, Buena Vista, and Nathrop and am excited for an opportunity to offer my skills in support of the Visitor’s Bureau mission.

Next Steps

To take advantage of this proposal and proceed with the project as outlined, CCVB’s next steps must be to:

● Discuss desired changes ● Accept the proposal ● Confirm a Payment Agreement ● Finalize and sign contract

Once completed, I will contact the Marketing Director to schedule a project launch meeting.

I’m happy to make changes to the project scope on CCVB’s request at any time.

Terms and Conditions

Once proposal is agreed to, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to CCVB for inclusion in website are owned by CCVB.

Evelyn Dowd assumes CCVB has permission from the rightful owner to use any code, scripts, data, and reports which are provided by CCVB for inclusion in its materials, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend from any claim or suit arising from the use of such work.

Evelyn Dowd retains the right to display copy and other web content elements as examples of her work in her portfolio.

This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of CCVB and Evelyn Dowd. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, CCVB agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in Colorado and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Colorado.

The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between CCVB and Evelyn Dowd regarding all items included in this agreement.
