MENA XLDS is a conference designed for the region to bring & ensure regional alignment/collaboration.

The conference is expected to happen on the first week of April 2016 while hosting around 400+ international delegates.

Special events will occur allowing the exposure of the delegates to different audiences while amplifying the conference experience.

Our aim is to facilitate this experience for the stakeholders involved ensuring their satisfaction.

AIESEC in Egypt is honored to be hosting such an event and is always keen on pioneering regional presence in the network.

MENA XLDS is one of the most emblematic conference that an AIESECer can attend. Where all the MENA cultures gather, it's a space that enables leaders to meet, people from other regions to get in touch with MENA and see its beauty live. I myself have been to three MENA XLDS, the last one was in my entity, we organized it. I saw how the impact of this conference was clear on the CC team that was fighting to show to all the people from within and outside the region how Morocco was beautiful. This chance, AIESEC in Egypt is having it now, to bring people together, to be the host of this unique conference. If I had the chance I would for sure have applied to CCP, first, to show my Region is beautiful, and second to welcome everyone in my country, but I would also want to lead a team full of passionate people to deliver to delegates a conference that they won't forget. That's why, I would not miss this positon's opportunity. Would you?

In general, the role of the CCP is to create the conference big picture through understanding and harmonizing all processes between the CC and various internal and external stakeholders, and align all levels and entities working on the conference with this purpose, to achieve overall satisfaction and high reputation for AIESEC in Egypt.CCP Position is a part time role that is paid 1500 LE monthly.

Representatively Official Contact & Manager of MENA XLDS 2016 Official spokes person for the project to Media & External

Stakeholders Strategic management and internal accountability Strategic Planning for the project along with MCVP Business

Development of AIESEC in Egypt Link between the Congress Committee and MC Egypt

Team Management Designing basic team structure Ensuring filling all CC positions (with Egyptian and international

members as well) Selection, Training & Management of the Core CC Team Selection, Training & Management of the Team Leaders and

Teamsters On site coordination of around 30 members of Congress

Committee Periodic Review of Progress Constant facilitation of Project Review mechanisms
