Berea', Frankfort, and Rich-m n d ' were former ly agency stations and the resident agents at those stations were eliminated when the f rank fo r t /R ich -mond/Berea trinalized agency was placed in operation. Seaboard still maintains a depot building at Richmond, and since that building will no longer be needed for agen-cy purposes if the Kentucky Railroad Commission grants the a f o r e m e n t i o n e d p e r m a n e n t authority for operation of the trinalized agency-. Seaboard's petition also seeks permissive authority to abandon and dispose of that depot building.

T h e F r a n k f o r t / R i c h -mond/Berea trinalized agency is in service Monday through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.. local time. The trinalized agent has been assigned an automobile which he uses to call on Seaboard customers at the above-listed stations in his service area as business may require. Seaboard customers at those stations are able to contact the trinalized agent through a toll-free telephone number which has been provided to them.

Seaboard is not seeking authority to close, abandon, or cease providing railroad freight -service at any of the above-named stations, but rather to continue providing the agency services for those stations through a trinalized agent rather than through various resident agents.
