    GARCIA ES 

    • The walkthrough data was impressive and the need to have students more involved in the class

    discussions will certainly benefit their instruction.

    • Student progress is evident in every area. both quarter goals and are on track to meet their annual goals.

    • Mrs. Deleon is doing great work and utilizing student data to make effective instructional/campus

    decisions.

    TRAVIS ES 

    • Congratulations on making progress in each area, even though two are behind in meeting the annual

    goal.• The report indicates that the professional development noted in the improvement plan has been effective.

    • I’m confident the skills obtained from the professional development and commitment of teachers working

    together collaboratively in their PLC’s will be instrumental in the continued progress for all students.

    OAK PARK SES 

    • Quarter goals were met and annual goal is ahead of schedule.

    • Part time tutors are being utilized to ensure students are progressing.

    • Teachers are fulfilling the campus expectations with fidelity.

    ZAVALA SES 

    • The campus met one of their three quarter goals.

    • It is evident that there has been no progress in the area of writing and science.

    • It is also evident that the district director, district specialist, PSP and campus leadership have and are

    providing numerous interventions that are listed on the PSP progress report.

    • The collaborative sessions that you have facilitated with other campuses will encourage effective

    conversations regarding analyzing data and understanding how to use the information to drive instruction.

    DRISCOLL MS

    • The end of quarter report indicates that the campus is on target or progress has been made.• The PSP report contained data for evidence of academic progress and continued needs.

    • The campus has implemented an “All Hands on Deck” focus for every teacher including electives.

    • I’m confident that the new campus administration will continue moving the campus forward to meet the

    academic needs of all students.

    MARTIN MS 

    • Met all of the Q2 quarter goals and progress has been made even though several are behind schedule.• Growth shown for the ELL and special education sub groups when compared to the 2014 data.

    • The principal has made several adjustments and is following the TAIS process.

    • There is definitely a commitment from the campus leadership to turnaround Martin MS and meet the needs

    of their students.

    TEA FEEDBACK

     ALLEN ES 

    • It is evident that student data was closely monitored to assess the effectiveness of the 3rd and 4th grade

    teachers.

    • The noted interventions of adding additional supports and splitting up the class to ensure they have the

    strongest teachers, the students will continue to advance in their academics.

    • As a first year principal, Ms. Gutierrez is making decisions that will not only benefit her campus, but the

    students’ success for years to come.

    CUNNINGHAM MS

    • Data that you provided verifies that there has been student progress.• Campus is on track to meet their annual goals.

    • It is evident that the district and campus administration are providing support to the faculty to ensure the

    needs of the students who receive special education services are being addressed.

    EVANS SES

    • Report offers insight and details to ensure the agency has a clear picture as to what is occurring on the

    campus level.

    • The plan of action to address the needs of the ESL students and providing tutors will continue to move the

    campus forward.

    HAAS MS

    • Principal understands the importance of PLC’s and have returned to weekly meetings.

    • Literacy is a focus this year and processes have been put in place.

    • Collaboration with the curriculum assistant is occurring and tutors are being utilized.
