ORAL ORDER
Since learned AGP has raised a contention
that the impugned action is initiated in view of
and on the ground of fraud, appropriate affidavit
may be filed by the respondent State in view of
the fact that according to the petitioner, there
is no ground for alleging fraud and actually the
action is initiated at the instance of the third
party.
S.O. to 10.10.2014.
On or before the next date of hearing,
appropriate affidavit may be filed by the
respondent.
